Connect: Each user connects their own Google account from Profile Integrations

Browse: Open the File Library or Document Center and switch to Google Drive

Attach or Create: Select Drive files or create new Google Workspace files as linked Agent documents without uploading copies

Create Workspace Files — : Create Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides from Nixa and link them to records

Multiple Accounts — : Users can connect more than one Google Drive account

Linked Documents — : Attach Drive files as links while keeping the source file in Google Drive

Google-Native Opening — : Google Workspace files open in Google so editing stays native and fast

Per-User Connections

Each team member connects their own Google account:

1. Go to Profile Integrations

2. Connect Google Drive

3. Authorize access with Google

4. Pick or create Drive files from the File Library and Document Center

Privacy & Security

OAuth 2.0 authentication, with no Google password stored in Nixa

Tokens encrypted at rest

Users control their own Drive connections

Nixa requests restricted read-only Drive access for the embedded browser and selected-file imports

Nixa requests Drive file access only for Google Workspace files users create through Nixa

Disconnect removes local tokens and caches and revokes grants issued by Nixa's dedicated Drive OAuth client

Workspace admins can use Nixa platform credentials or configured Google credentials
