    • Deterministic results — Produce Pass, Fail, Information Not Available, or Uncertain outcomes from frozen rules and reviewed facts
    • Guided review — Inspect facts and results alongside focused 3D model elements or positioned 2D drawing evidence
    • Human accountability — Record confirmations, information requests, overrides, and Assigned Reviewer sign-off
    • Auditable reports — Generate an Assessment-linked Note with reproducibility details and export it through Notes
  • How it worksAn App Manager configures the workspace entities, access, report preferences, authorized legal sources, and active rule versions. A user then creates an assessment, selects exact model or drawing inputs and the applicable legal context, and the app resolves and freezes the exact applicable rule package for that Assessment. The user reviews source readiness and facts, runs the deterministic assessment, reviews each result, and signs the completed run before the report is generated. BIM Viewer remains the source and visualization authority for IFC models. Notes remains the report and PDF-export authority. BIM Compliance coordinates the assessment without duplicating either system.
